Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high‑volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times
Our typical delivery time is:
•     United States: 6–12 business days
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
If the address is entered incorrectly and the order has already shipped, we cannot change it.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost:
1.     Check your tracking link
2.     Contact the carrier
3.     Email us at support@smart-home-solutions.store
We will assist you in locating your order.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
•     your order number
•     photos of the item and packaging
We will replace the item at no cost.

Delivered but Not Received Policy
At Smart Home Solutions™, we rely on trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and on time. If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please follow these steps:
1.     Check all areas around your home, including mailbox, porch, side door, garage, and behind planters or railings.
2.     Check with household members, neighbors, or your building office, as packages are sometimes accepted on your behalf.
3.     Allow 24 hours, as carriers may mark packages as delivered slightly before actual arrival.
4.     If the package is still not found, contact us, and we will assist by verifying the delivery with the carrier.
Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier (including GPS scan or delivery photo), Smart Home Solutions™ is not responsible for loss or theft. However, we will always work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
